1. Nature of Services

ResidencyVisa.net provides immigration information and consultation services. Our consultants offer guidance based on publicly available immigration laws, regulations, and their professional experience.

Important: ResidencyVisa.net provides consultation and advisory services only. We are not a licensed law firm and our consultants do not act as your legal representatives unless a separate legal services agreement is signed.

2. Consultation Booking & Payment

To book a consultation, you must complete payment of the stated consultation fee (currently $24.99 USD per 45-minute session) through our secure payment portal powered by Square.

• Payments are processed securely by Square. We do not store your payment card details.
• We accept credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, bank transfers, and cryptocurrency.
• Once payment is confirmed, our team will contact you within 24 hours to schedule your session.
• Consultations are conducted via Zoom, WhatsApp, or another mutually agreed channel.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our consultation services, all payments are non-refundable once a consultation session has been completed or a personalized visa assessment has been delivered.

• If we are unable to schedule your consultation within 5 business days of payment, you may request a full refund.
• If you miss your scheduled session without prior notice (at least 24 hours), no refund will be issued.
• If you reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice, we will accommodate the rescheduling at no extra charge.

4. No Guarantee of Visa Approval

Visa approval decisions rest solely with the relevant government authorities of the destination country. ResidencyVisa.net makes no guarantee, express or implied, that following our advice will result in visa approval. Our stated success rates reflect historical outcomes and are not a guarantee of future results.

5. Confidentiality

We treat all client information with strict confidentiality. Personal information shared during consultations is used solely to deliver our services and will not be sold or shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

6. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information about your immigration situation.
• Use our services only for lawful purposes in accordance with applicable laws.
• Not misrepresent your identity, circumstances, or intentions when seeking consultation.
• Not use information obtained from our services to engage in fraudulent immigration activity.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ResidencyVisa.net and its consultants shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific consultation giving rise to the claim.

8. Newsletter & Communications

By subscribing to our newsletter, you consent to receive monthly email communications. You may unsubscribe at any time. We do not send spam and will not share your email address with third parties.

9. AI Chat Assistant

Our website features an AI-powered chat assistant ("Maya") that provides general immigration information and guidance. Responses generated by Maya are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice. Always verify important information with official government immigration authorities.

10. Privacy & Cookies

We use cookies and session data to improve your website experience, track anonymized visitor analytics, and remember your language preferences. No personally identifiable information is stored in cookies without your consent.
