Welcome to the World-wide Residency Visa Consultation. By Book A Consult, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the use of our services, your Book A Consult, and your acceptance of any positive or negative expectation.
Consultation Cost
Per Session Consultation Cost $25.99 each. All sales are final, and no refunds will be provided under any circumstances. Each Booking is non-transferable and valid only for the individual purchaser.
Consultation Details
Booked consultation include 45 minutes session of pre-scheduled time with our expert. Crosschecking your documents. Answering your personilized questions, advice.
Cancellation and Refunds
The company reserves the right to cancel the Booking of Consultation if necessary. In such cases, participants may be refunded or rebooked. Booking for consultation is voluntary, and no legal claims for refunds or compensation will be entertained.
Responsibilities of Participatns
Participatns are responsible for providing accurate documentation, including passports, police clearances, and health certificates, as required for immigration processes and must also comply with the laws and regulations of the destination country. Any false information will terminate our services automitically
Limitations of Liability
The company is not responsible for any delays, denials, or additional costs arising from government processes. Participatant in anykind of visa application is at the sole risk of the denial from proper authorities. The company is not liable of anykind of outcome.
AmendmentsThe company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated through the website.

1. You will have all your questions and documents prepared in advance of the 45 minutes consult to ensure the most productive use of your time together on the call.
2. You acknowledge that our consultants will try to answer as many questions as they can during the 45 minutes consult. Any leftover questions you may have following your call could require an additional 45 minutes session.
3. You understand and accept that All Our Consultants is speaking strictly from lived experiences. Anyone is not holding any government licensed and cannot guarantee the outcome of your visa after your consult with them.
4. You accept and acknowledge that there are no refunds on this purchase.
